I posted another article on the use of AVRdude to burn ATmega fuses.
It originates by the ***failed output when trying to burn the extended fuses byte.
not for everyone, but many open-source hardware nerds might enjoy it.
give it a shot

I really have no words for this.
I’m just disgusted.
A hint: 100.000 euros seem to be gone for the logo (if you can call that thing a logo).
It was created by the italian branch of Landor.
Please send shame emails to them, as their website is not even fully visible on firefox (the scrollbar is missing).
Most of us develop or have developed web, and sure we’ve never seen a budget like that.
The site is anything but usable, but you judge yourself.
I’d really love to have Christian Giordano talk about it on ID-review.
The fact is: how many people have been bribed for this? Who’s cousin/nephew owns the companies involved in the development of this shame?
Italy’ll never change, and I’m so glad I don’t live there anymore.
Share the shame with us: italia.it
I forgot… if you feel ashamed enough, fill in the survey at landor.it and be straight and thorough.
I’ve put my name and contacts at the end hoping someone will reply.
God, I love fighting when it’s right.

The post is about hacking an Arduino board into an AVR-ISP programmer for ATmel processors.
It starts from massimo banzi’s article and dives into cutting the board connections and soldering around.

I’m very proud massimo wanted me to be an editor on tinker.
enjoy the article
