inside Ars Electronica – 04 :: Processing
it’s been interesting to see that these 2 guys (and the moltitude of forum users and people contributing to the project) have won a prize at Ars Electronica.

The guys were quickly presenting the project (althoug not being understood immediately by part of the audience).
They gave us insights and anticipations about what’s Processing gonna be soon.
The project is still young, but very cool.
They quickly mentioned Wiring and the Developer part of the project, plus they introduced us to a new subdomain of processing.org
mobile.processing.org
doesn’t it sound cool?
I went to ask couple questions to Ben Fry and he was really polite, also telling me that my question in the forum was a good one (glad).
I asked him how come the support for offscreen buffer was so buggy and he tenderly replied
“I wasn’t expecting the tecnique to be that used by people”.
They’re implementing this tecnique and tools to implementing it on PGraphics3, which will be tomorrow’s PImage object.
It was cool meeting him. I didn’t talk to Casey Reas because he was busy talking to other people, and I hate bugging people which primary interest is not answering my questions.
Great One Guys
