Rui’s wiki (I won’t attempt to call it blog) is by far one of the most interesting resources for mac geeks (not regular mac users).
I’m one of them, and I’ve been reading Rui’s posts for more than a year.
I don’t even remember who pointed me to that, maybe Paolo… please someone back me up.
it’s probably one of the feeds containing more flags in my NetNewsWire collection.
as usually, before going to bed, I’m here checking all my feeds (46 in total) in the crave for news.
being this a wiki, it contains a lot of HyperTextual links (the world sort of forgot what the term stands for, or rather ignores it, but that’s another story).
I found this link to “the usual sinus trouble”, and having sinus problems myself, I clicked it.
I ended up reading a very interesting post which was the premise to the whole sinus problems Rui has.
Security in airport is mentioned, and since I travel quite a lot lately, I read it with much interest.
A point to join rui’s discussion is that I could notice some security measures reduction in amsterdam airport (not to talk about moscow).
now the checks are reduced to one, just before the gate, at least for Europe and Russia. No idea about the US.
I think I heard the US makes no exception, and that the US security authority is pretty mad at this (I just report what I was told).
needless to say you’re not allowed to carry a lot of stuff, but nobody ever complained about my metal pen in my backpack.
oh… whatever… it’s just too late and my head ain’t working properly.
too much flying during the past week.
